About this item

  • These stairs give your pet the step up they need to get on and off the bed or sofa safely. The hand-crafted pet step ladder will make an attactive addition to your home decor.
  • Comes with carpeting on each tread to make sure your pet's steps are solid. Non-skid pad at bottom to ensure the stairs work with hardwood flooring as well as carpet.
  • Overall width x height x depth: 18" Wide x 19" Deep x 14" High. Stair depth: 6.8". Stair height: 4.2". Ships unassembled. All tools, hardware and instructions are in the box. Some customer want it taller.
  • There is a trick to this - if you use the back side as bottom, the height then becomes 19". You just need to provide some padding to the steps if desired.

The cheap carpet is very obviously stapled, making the product look horrible. The tone/color of the wood is much lighter than the advertised photos. The only good thing I have to say about these stairs is that they are easy to assemble and came unbroken.

    I love these steps which are used in front of the couch so my 40 lb. hound and 8 lb. Chihuahua can get up easily. The hound had been jumping up on the couch but since he had both ACLs replaced a few months ago, sometimes it's difficult for him to jump. It's also hard on his knees and I wanted to alleviate all that stress. The steps were easy to assemble and I think they will last a very long time,. They would be perfect beside the bed as well if your dogs sleep with you like mine do (I already had another set of stairs there).

    It is a very beautiful made product and is semi-easy to assemble if the pieces are built correctly. Our back panel does not fit properly due to the length of the side planks under the top stair and that are on the back panel. We have a gap in the back of ours and the top stair is slightly tilted upwards to allow the back to screw into the unit. They do offer a number to request returns, but we are going to deal with the issue instead as we need the stairs and this one matched our bed frame best.
