Small World Slate & Stone is proud to offer these beautiful natural slate/quartz stones. We have a limited supply of this unique color variation. They are safe for use in your scenery and will not deteriorate in the weather or pet enclosures like resin does. Perfect scale for aquariums/aquascaping and Nano tanks. These stones are easy to incorporate into your tank. They are PH neutral, so are safe for any aquarium. They can be stacked and glued to form fish caves or caverns. We have sorted and washed these stones and offer them in several size ranges from pathway stones to small scale gravel. Check out our other sizes!
Product Features
- 100% real slate stone proudly sourced in the USA by a small family run business. Each box is a mix of slate with quartz marbled or striped through the stones from 5 to 7 inches. Each box is unique as no two stones will be alike. Some have more white quartz then grey slate, some have more grey slate than white quartz
- EXCELLENT for Aquascaping, Igwami aquariums, terrariums, vivariums and other pet enclosures. These stones are PH neutral and will not affect water in your aquarium These stones naturally hold heat (from light or other heat source) for amphibians, reptiles or other heat loving pets.
- VERSATILE These stones pair well with our other slate stones or great to use alone. They can be glued together with aquarium safe glue and used to create caves, cliffs and mountain ranges for pets, fish and plants. Thoroughly rinse all stones before placing in your habitat as shipping causes these stones to become dusty
- BEAUTIFUL for Bonsai, Sekijoju & Ishizuki. Perfect for creating walkways, benches, steps, archways, caverns, cliffs and mountains ground cover and much, much more in miniature or fairy gardens and model railroads.
- COLOR – These stones are a mix of grey and white (quartz) that is darker when wet. Because this is a natural stone, slight color variations including some brown/rust colored slate may be mixed in. These beautiful variations add natural uniqueness and interest to the stones. Our stones are hand picked, inspected, washed and hand packed to arrive safely.
